These are one-on-one training sessions to help you coach clients better. We’ll teach you the skills and techniques that can’t learn in your personal training certification. For example, we’ll teach you advanced stretches and mobility techniques, how to use kettle bells, TRX trainers, etc. We’ll help you master Power Lifting, Gymnastics Coaching, and Olympic Lifting. We’ll teach how to properly cue technique and how to scale complex movements. We can teach you the FMS or 3DMAPS screening techniques. We’ll make you a better coach.
