  • Entrance Exam and Interview

    The Personal Trainer Entrance exam is used for coaches already possessing a 3rd party certification that wish to begin our mentorship program without purchasing our Level 1 Certification.

    The Entrance Exam has two sections.

    1) Technique on Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX, and bodyweight movements (30 minutes with warmup)

    These are basic techniques that any seasoned personal trainer should know.  If you are going to be training clients you should know basic movements like toes to bar and the deadlift.  We also test your fitness capacity (e.g. max pushups, etc.)

    2) Reading comprehension and logical reasoning through an online test.

    We test reading comprehension to determine your ability to learn workouts. We test logical reasoning in order to determine your ability to apply knowledge gained from fitness books and articles.  We also use your score to gauge your ability to learn how to help with marketing such as blogging or video editing.
